Letter from Alex Goen, CEO of TRIMSPA
Dear TRIMSPA On-Line Community Members:
This year has been, without question, a challenging one. Anna's passing created more chaos and adversities than ever imagined. Most of these are resolved, but we still have a few challenges to overcome. Still, we are moving in the right direction and our mission to Reshape America and the World One Body at a Time has never been more focused – or more important.
Recently, we moved into a new facility that is smaller, but the right size for us. I am pleased to report that the technology problems we encountered with our move, such as phones and web order retrieval, have now been corrected.
I am also happy to share that some of the retail presence lost earlier this year, is on its way to being restored. In fact, one major mass merchandiser recently indicated that the TRIMSPA brand is very important to the category. Furthermore, our new Weight Loss Chocolate Hoodia chews and Advanced X32 products are garnering consistent and positive feedback from Retailers.
While Anna Nicole Smith’s story continues to present challenges for the company and brand, it is important to remember that the press leans toward covering controversy and conflict. Anna Nicole’s story affords an abundance of want-to-be-famous personalities willing to provide both, whether true or not. While it still nauseates me to hear or read allegations that Anna used HGH or methamphetamines for weight loss, the truth proves otherwise. We remain steadfastly confident in our product and its legacy as well as our current and future customers. There's no question that TRIMSPA has encountered many distractions and challenges this year. But we have never taken our eye off the ball and we hope you haven't either. Your personal goal to lose the weight and keep it off has never been more important to us. We remain committed to providing you with tools that work so you can enjoy the quality of life you deserve. Thanks for your support, words of encouragement, and inspirational stories. Anna Nicole Smith
To my TRIMSPA Family:
You may not know this, but your love and affection towards Anna meant the world to her. She often browsed the OC reading randomly and she talked to me numerous times about the success stories she read. The fact that she may have had some influence in your successes made her incredibly proud. I’m very sorry that I must share with you the tragic news of her passing. Since the birth of Dannielynn Hope and losing her beloved son, Daniel, three days later, not a day has gone by that Anna didn’t break down in grieving for the loss of her son. All the negative news and unfounded allegations only made it that much more difficult for her. There is only so much grief and stress a person can bear. Anna was battling the flu and a very high temperature for the past couple of days. Anna hasn’t felt very much love since Daniel’s passing since many of her “so-called” friends double-crossed her and sold their stories to the media. Of course, a negative story always gets better ratings than a positive one and unfortunately, the negative stories are also worth much more. It’s very sad what a couple of hundred thousand dollars can do to a relationship.
I remember being at Anna’s house recently when one of the news outlets reported that she had just been evicted and was being forced to leave her house. Again, a human being can only bear so much. Something that Anna was really excited about was our upcoming makeover contest in the Bahamas and being able to personally meet the people who she truly felt loved her. It meant the world to her. Please keep Anna in your hearts, thoughts and prayers. May God bless you. Thank you for your support and caring.
